The inspiration behind both Helios and the new Aphrodite collection is my love of Greece especially Agni bay which is a much loved holiday destination. I have been to this resort many times and love it just as much on every visit.
Meaning unspoilt in Greek, Agni is home to both beautiful lush olive trees and crystal clear waters. The bay here is regarded as one of the prettiest out of all the Greek islands and is also known as a playground for the rich and famous! Their impressive yachts can be seen moored along the shore for a trip to the family run taverna that’s loved by tourists and locals alike.
Catching a boat to this popular restaurant and returning at night on a moon lit sea is one of my holiday highlights. Fairy lights and many sparkling stars make the trip back to our hotel always one to remember.
The olive trees that surround the bay heavily influenced the Aphrodite collection as the simplicity of the leaves always conjures up memories of warmer climates and relaxing days. This collection has a more delicate feel to that of Helios which is inspired by Greek goddesses and an element of exotic luxury.
I love taking inspiration from the magical place and feel that both these collections reflect the beauty that is found here.
