Autumn is one of our favourite times of year with much going on during the run up to Christmas.
We have launched two new collections for this season, Winter Moon and Menagerie.

Inspired by Autumn walks in the beautiful Sussex countryside, this collection sits well alongside existing ranges such as Little Owl and Foxy for a quintessential English look. The Menagerie collection comprises of a range of cute little cats and dogs that have been so popular with our animal loving customers. The cute kitty cat is super stylish (as all cats are!) and has been inspired by the wonderful ceramics of mid century design. A favourite among the group is the sausage dog charm. Available with or without his stripy jumper to keep him warm in the winter months, this cute little fella is a choice gift for dog lovers. The chunky pug dog charm has a solid quality reminiscent of the real thing and is also available at Glydebourne Opera House nearby! The jack russel, of course, was influenced by our dear in house pup, Tiggy! Choose one for the perfect jewellery companion or the perfect Christmas gift.
Another exciting new product that we have in store is our lovely handmade leather jewellery pouch and clutch bags that we have had especially designed for us. Absolutely gorgeous gifts or a little luxurious treat for yourself, these bags are not only a super glamorous evening bag but also the perfect way to store your jewellery. In either super cool silver, muted champagne or striking pewter there will undoubtedly be a bag to match your Alexis Dove jewellery.
On the lead up to Christmas we are busy making commissions for our customers. We have some wonderful coloured stones that have been transformed into beautiful rings and pendants. From orange sapphires, chocolate coloured diamonds to some pretty,sparkly old mine cuts we have many happy customers choosing their favourite gemstones and having a bespoke piece made for them.
Our newest precious collection is the Sacred heart collection which takes its inspiration not only from religion and the imagery that surrounds it but also the Spring Summer catwalk shows from Dolce Gabbana. Rich embroidery,colours and motifs adorned the catwalk models in the show that was simply breathtaking and bold.
Using pear shape rose cut diamonds surrounded by a halo of diamonds to replicate the flames from the heart we have created some show stopping pieces.
Lewes is an exciting town in November with Bonfire night being the main event before Christmas.
With a huge amount of visitors to the town there is a distinctive buzz in this small market town that signifies the start of something special. The event celebrates the uncovering of the gunpowder plot but also remembers the seventeen Protestant martyrs from Lewes who were burned at the stake for belief in their faith.
With many processions and amazing fireworks the town is alive with a carnival feel well worth a visit if you dare to take on the dramatic excitement that the night brings.
