All items will be posted by either recorded, special or international standard delivery. We regret that at this time we are only able to take orders from the following countries:
- New Zealand
- United Kingdom
Items purchased online will be subject to a refund minus the cost of postage provided that the items are received back in their original condition and packaging within fourteen days of delivery. You must notify us by email that you wish to return the item before goods are sent. This policy does not include earrings, which are non-returnable for hygiene reasons or to any item which has been customised or personalised to order. We are also unable to accept any items which have been worn.
A partial refund (minus postage) will be made on return of the jewellery and only to the original credit card used to pay for the item. Customers are responsible for posting the items correctly by Royal Mail Special delivery.
If your goods arrive in a faulty condition or damaged we will give an exchange or full refund, provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent. If you do not inform us within 14 days of receipt of your goods, we shall not be liable for any items said to be faulty. Wilful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of our refund or exchange policy.
Please note that rings are made up for each order and may take a few extra days. If you get your size wrong we will charge a small fee of £10 to cover re-sizing and postage. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are unsure about how to get your correct size.
Alexis Dove Jewellery reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its discretion. This is owing to the growing number of fraudulent credit card transactions.
All photographs on this website are as representative of the items as possible, however, some items may vary slightly as they are handmade and often incorporate natural beads and pearls.
Items purchased in store we are unable to offer refunds. Full priced goods can be exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase, if unworn and in pristine condition. This does not effect your statuary rights. Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Personalised items are none exchangeable.
Bespoke Precious Jewellery
When ordering a piece of bespoke precious jewellery a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required, with full payment due on completion of the item. Any changes that you wish to make to the order must be made in writing and be agreed by us in writing
