Items purchased online will be subject to a refund minus the cost of postage provided that the items are recieved back in their original condition and packaging within seven days of delivery. This policy does not include earrings, which are non-returnable for hygene reasons or to any item which has been customised or personalised to order. We are also unable to accept any items which have been worn.

A partial refund (minus postages) will be made on return of the jewellery and only to the original credit card used to pay for the item. Customers are responsible for posting the items correctly by Royal Mail Special delivery.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged we will give an exchange or full refund, provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent. If you do not inform us within seven days of reciept of your goods, we shall not be liable for any items said to be faulty. Wilful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of our refund or exchange policy.

Alexis Dove Jewellery reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its discretion. This is owing to the growing number of fraudulent credit card transactions.
